"Warranty help was such a headache"
this whole warranty situation has been really frustrating. I bought a fridge here and when something went wrong, getting help turned into endless phone tag. Every time I called, they sent me to someone else, and I still haven’t gotten the repair done.

"I bought a dishwasher from Airport Appliance..."
I bought a dishwasher from Airport Appliance and the delivery itself was totally fine. the install, though, felt rushed and kind of sloppy. the guy didn’t seem like he wanted to spend much time on it, and the cabinet trim was left uneven.
I also ended up having to call someone else to fix the hose because it was leaking a bit under the sink. it wasn’t the worst experience ever, but for what I paid, I really expected the install to be cleaner.

"Return process was a headache"
Trying to return my item ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. The instructions weren’t clear, replies took ages, and I had to keep chasing them just to get any sort of update. What should’ve been a simple return turned into a real hassle.

"I tried to get a price match..."
I tried to get a price match the whole thing just felt frustrating. I sent over the link, waited around thinking it would be a simple process, and then they told me it didn’t qualify without really explaining why. At that point it felt like my time didn’t matter, which was disappointing. I ended up buying it somewhere else because I just didn’t feel good about continuing with them.

"Delivery was smooth, support took a bit"
The delivery went perfectly fine and everything arrived as expected. After I bought it, I did need some help and the response took a little longer than I was hoping for. That said, they did get back to me eventually and were able to follow up, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit slower than ideal.

"Felt like no one was actually reading my messages"
I had to keep calling over and over just to try to get the repair set up. It felt like nobody had even read what I sent, because nothing was being lined up and I kept having to explain the same thing again. The whole coordination process was way more frustrating than it needed to be

I did end up getting approved, so that part was fine, but the financing terms weren’t super clear to me. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I felt like I had to ask extra questions to really understand what I was agreeing to.

"Good enough if the price makes sense"
I found what I was looking for and the prices weren’t bad, but I wouldn’t call it an amazing bargain or anything. The site was easy enough to get around and checkout went smoothly, so no complaints there. Overall, it was average value-wise. I’d probably shop there again, but only if the price is right.

"Appliance was good, delivery felt rushed"
The appliance itself is totally fine, so no complaints there. But the delivery guys gave off a rushed, annoyed vibe pretty much from the start, and I’ll admit I kind of judged the whole experience off that first impression. They also left some packaging behind, which made it feel like they were just trying to get out as fast as possible. Not a terrible experience, but based on the service, I expected a bit better.

"Online order was more of a hassle than I expected"
I ordered a dishwasher online, and the website seemed fine at first, maybe for the first few steps, but after checkout it got a little messy. The delivery date changed at some point, and I don’t remember getting a clear email about it, so I ended up checking the order status myself every so often.
Customer service did respond when I reached out, but it kind of felt like they were just going off whatever notes were in the system instead of actually sorting it out. The dishwasher showed up in good shape, so that part was fine, but the whole ordering process was more stressful and annoying than it probably needed to be

"Not very professional"
I hate to say it, but I had a bad experience with Airport Appliance. The people I dealt with seemed kind of annoyed, like I was bothering them just for asking basic questions.
Every time I called, I got a different answer, so I wasn’t sure what was going on with my order. It just felt really disorganized, and maybe I caught them at a bad time, but still.
I understand businesses get busy, and I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but the way this was handled didn’t feel professional. I probably wouldn’t use them again.

"Website was frustrating to use"
I was annoyed trying to use the website. The filters kept resetting every time I changed something, and the pages took forever to load. They make it sound like the site is supposed to be simple and convenient, but that felt like one of those vague promises that doesn’t really hold up when you actually use it.

My appliance arrived with a dent on the side, which was definitely frustrating at first. I reached out to Airport Appliance and they got back to me quickly. It did take a little time to get the replacement/solution sorted out, but they handled it fairly and followed through. I think most customers would appreciate that they don’t just disappear when there’s a problem. I’d use them again.

"I went in just needing some basic..."
I went in just needing some basic help choosing an appliance, nothing complicated, but the sales guy made it feel like I was an inconvenience. He gave short answers, didn’t offer much guidance, and then just walked away. It made me realize how much a little patience and basic customer service matter when you’re trying to make a bigger purchase. I ended up leaving frustrated and buying from another store

"No one ever calls you back"
Really disappointing customer service. I called, I emailed, I called again, and I just kept getting passed around or straight-up ignored. When I finally got someone to answer, they told me they’d call me back, but of course, no call back. Nothing. I had to keep chasing them just to get basic info about my order. It was frustrating, really frustrating, and it felt like once they had my money, they didn’t care anymore

"Refund process could’ve been smoother"
Ordering was easy enough, no issues there. The refund, though, kind of dragged on. I had to check in a couple of times, and it definitely didn’t happen within the timeframe they gave me. It did get sorted in the end, but I wouldn’t say it left the best impression...
